Lead the South Yarra team through the spring campaign
You are the Salon Manager at South Yarra.
What has happened
The spring campaign runs from 1 October to 30 November with a gloss and treatment offer, a skin program bundle and a bridal styling push. The General Manager wants a roster that covers Thursday and Friday late trading and Saturday bridal bookings without breaching the award, a promotion plan for the campaign services and retail range, individual targets for each stylist and therapist, and a plan for supervising the two apprentices. The Roster and Training Matrix shows one first aid certificate overdue and a safety induction due for renewal, and nobody can be rostered onto chemical services without a current chemical handling record.
Deliverables
- Six-week roster with training checks

Evidence guide
The roster must respect training status, late trading and award constraints, and the student must show how they checked each. Targets must be realistic and derived from the KPIs given. The promotion plan must comply with the privacy policy on marketing consent. Look for a coherent pack with clear decisions, owners and dates, and for the apprentice supervision plan to be specific rather than general.
