Our departments
Six departments make up the business. Each page shows the purpose, the people, the measures that matter and the systems the team works in.
Hair Salon
Delivers cutting, styling, colour, lightening and chemical reformation services at South Yarra and Richmond. Runs the colour bar, manages patch testing and chemical mixing, and supervises apprentices and students on the training floor.
Barbershop
Runs the Geelong barbershop and express salon, offering men's cuts, beard design, shaves and grooming. Owns the sharps and sterilisation routine for blades and clippers and keeps the walk-in queue moving without dropping consultation standards.
Beauty and Skin Clinic
Provides skin consultations, facials, peels, needling, waxing, lash and brow, nails and make-up in the six-room South Yarra clinic. Holds the consent, contraindication and aftercare pathway for every treatment and manages skin penetration compliance.
Reception and Client Services
Greets and prepares clients, manages the appointment book across all sites, handles payments, gift vouchers and deposits, and resolves complaints on the spot. Front of house is the first and last impression at every Luxe site.
Retail and Stock
Manages the retail counters, professional stock, colour and chemical supplies, and the hazardous chemicals register across the three sites. Runs monthly stocktakes, orders from approved suppliers and coordinates product training for the floor teams.
Salon Operations and Compliance
Owns rosters, training records, WHS, infection control audits, council registration and the controlled document library. Runs the monthly compliance walk, investigates incidents and supports the site leaders with recruitment, induction and performance conversations.
