Plan a colour correction for a walk-in client
You are a Stylist on the South Yarra floor working with the Senior Stylist.
What has happened
A walk-in client has arrived on Wednesday 9 September with a home box colour that has gone patchy and orange over previous highlights. She wants to be a clean blonde for a wedding on 3 October and is prepared to come in more than once. The Senior Stylist has completed the consultation and a strand test result is on her card. The client's patch test for the planned oxidative range is not yet on file. The client is waiting for a plan by 3:00 pm covering what can be done today, what has to wait, the home care she must use, and the cost of each visit.

Evidence guide
The plan must show sound colour theory: a staged lift, toning and treatment sequence with realistic timing and a patch test before the first oxidative service. Check the student sequenced the bookings correctly relative to the 48 hour patch test rule and the wedding date, priced each visit, and recorded home care. The client explanation must be plain and honest about what is achievable.
